1. Digital Products / Services
All payments made for digital products or services (including courses, consultations, memberships, etc.) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Once access is granted or services are initiated, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Physical Products
If you purchased a physical product, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) will be the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was received damaged or defective.
3. Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
